Epson launches SureColor SC-F20000 to boost industrial dye-sublimation productivity with high-quality output and robust media handling
New 76-inch dye-sub printer combines an 8-printhead architecture, large-capacity ink and optional jumbo roll support for high-volume textile and sportswear production
Epson today announces the SureColor SC-F20000, a new industrial dye-sublimation printer designed to help print service providers and sportswear producers accelerate output while maintaining consistent, high-quality results. The SC-F20000 will be shown on Epson’s stand at FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 (Hall 3, Stand C75), where visitors can see the printer in a production-focused workflow and explore application samples for textile and soft signage.
Built to support high-volume production environments, the SC-F20000 is Epson’s first dye-sublimation model equipped with eight PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads, developed to deliver stable output through its printhead configuration.
The SC-F20000 also supports long continuous printing with large-capacity 10L ink and automatic ink switching (Hot Swap) to reduce operator intervention during busy periods. To help ensure predictable performance, Epson has designed the printer with dust-reduction mechanisms, including an intake fan and media cleaner, to minimise dust accumulation and reduce the risk of nozzle clogging.
For operations running extended jobs and heavier media, Epson will offer an optional Jumbo Roll Solution, supporting higher-capacity roll handling to suit demanding production schedules.

The SC-F20000 is engineered for productivity and stability, with features designed to support long production runs and reliable output:
- High-speed performance with print modes up to approximately 306sqm/h in fast settings, while improving minimum resolution to 600 × 600 dpi.
- Large-capacity ink (10L) and Hot Swap capability to support long continuous printing and help reduce interruptions.
- Double-side heating/drying designed to help minimise ink set-off and reduce wrinkling after printing.
- Dust-reduction mechanisms (intake fan and media cleaner) to help reduce dust accumulation and minimise nozzle clogging.
- Epson image quality technologies including Epson Precision Dot, integrating multi-layer halftone, LUT and Microweave, to support robust, consistent output in multi-printhead production.
