Epson expands business scanner range with two high-speed A3 network scanners for demanding document workflows

New Epson WorkForce DS-51000WN and DS-71000WN deliver integrated network scanning, intuitive operation and seamless software integration for businesses with high-volume A3 and A4 digitisation needs

Epson has introduced two new A3 business scanners, the WorkForce DS-51000WN and WorkForce DS-71000WN, designed for organisations with demanding document capture and digitisation requirements.

Combining high-speed scanning, integrated network connectivity and a sleek, compact design the new models help businesses improve productivity, streamline document workflows and support the transition from paper-based processes to efficient digital document management.

The new scanners are designed for a wide range of vertical sectors and business environments, from healthcare providers digitising patient records and administrative documents, to legal firms scanning and archiving contracts and case files. They are also suitable for large enterprises requiring reliable A3 and A4 flatbed and sheetfed scanning across departments, shared workspaces and centralised document capture environments.

Both models feature integrated network capability, SuperSpeed USB 3.2 connectivity and an intuitive touch-screen interface, making them easy to deploy, access and operate across busy office environments. Advanced image processing and versatile document handling help ensure high-quality results across a broad range of document types, while reliable performance supports organisations with regular, high-volume scanning needs.

The WorkForce DS-71000WN adds Epson’s web-based Open Platform capability, enabling seamless integration with Epson and third-party software solutions. This allows the scanner to become part of a wider document management ecosystem, supporting smoother document flows and consistent user experiences alongside other Epson devices, including multifunction printers.

The new range is compatible with Epson software including Document Capture Pro for Windows, Document Capture for Mac and Epson Connect. The DS-71000WN also supports integration with third-party solutions through Open Platform, as well as Epson Print Admin, Epson Print Admin Advanced Workflow and Epson Print Admin Serverless, helping IT teams and service providers manage scanning workflows more efficiently and securely.
