Epson brings colour labels, automation and POS innovation to life as EuroShop 2026 opens

Now live at EuroShop 2026: Hall 6, Stand E45 | 22–26 February 2026
Düsseldorf, Germany – 22 February 2026 – EuroShop 2026 opens its doors today, and Epson is welcoming visitors to Hall 6, Stand E45 to experience how its proven and innovative retail technologies are helping retailers and hospitality businesses adapt, evolve and stand out in a rapidly changing market.
As a global leader in printing technology and the world’s largest manufacturer of receipt printers, Epson is showcasing an extensive end-to-end portfolio that combines trusted POS expertise with cloud-based services, inkjet, colour labelling and automation. The result: practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and create more engaging physical retail and hospitality spaces.
As the worldwide leader in POS receipt printing and number one in Western Europe, Epson is demonstrating real-life scenarios designed for both enterprise retailers and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), including:
- High-performance mPOS and PC-POS solutions that speed up checkout and self-service
- Self-service and payment kiosks powered by Epson’s reliable POS printers
- On-demand colour labelling with ColorWorks, enabling fresh food, private label and promotional applications
- Mobile and omnichannel workflows, from click & collect to kerbside pickup
- Food preparation and back-of-house labelling that supports busy teams
Visitors can also explore the dedicated Cloud Corner, where Epson is demonstrating how Epson POSKey and cloud connectivity enhance the flexibility and functionality of its market-leading POS printers through open, Web API-compliant integrations.
Throughout the stand, live demonstrations highlight how Epson’s inkjet technology is transforming retail and hospitality experiences. From personalised card and badge printing using the ColorWorks C4000, to vivid on-demand colour label printing on silver foil packaging with the new D6000, and an automated labelling solution with NIVEA using Epson’s AX6 collaborative robot, Epson is showing how colour labelling, automation and POS can work together to drive engagement and attract footfall.
To add to the excitement, Epson is running a giveaway during the show, with three sports Orient watches available to win for visitors who scan their badge on the stand.
“Retailers and hospitality operators need technology they can rely on every day, but they also need the flexibility to evolve as customer expectations change,” said Jacob Kallergis, Epson Europe. “At EuroShop, we’re bringing together our trusted POS expertise with inkjet, colour, automation and cloud connectivity to show how print can actively enhance the customer journey. It’s about making physical spaces more dynamic, more engaging and better equipped to compete.”
