A space you experience: Inmersivä Madrid’s bet on Epson technology

Located in San Sebastián de los Reyes, north of Madrid, Inmersivä was launched in 2026 with a clear idea: to turn brands into experiences. The project combines entertainment, corporate events and training under one roof, in a place where projection technology doesn’t just support—it sets the pace.

From the moment visitors enter the venue, they sense this is no conventional space. The journey begins in a flexible, multi-purpose lobby that adapts to each event. As a prelude to the experience, an interactive floor and a projected corridor invite guests to immerse themselves in the brand’s story.

Technology that transforms space

Behind it all, Epson’s projection technology, supported by value-added distributor Charmex, makes it possible for every surface to become a canvas. There are no screens—only dynamic content. Several projectors are placed on walls, floors and even specific surfaces such as tables, reinforcing the narrative of each event.

The immersive room: the heart of the project

At the back lies the immersive room, an 81-square-meter cube functioning as a brand universe. Crossing the door is enough to turn the environment from physical to narrative. Each project transforms the same space into something different: a presentation, a story, a training session or a game.

With Epson EB-815E and EB-L695SE projectors, visuals extend across four walls and the floor, supported by a proprietary blending system, immersive audio and interactive technology. The goal is not just visual impact, but engagement: visitors stop watching and start participating.

The space can also be configured as an auditorium, a projected dinner setting or left completely open, allowing attendees to move, explore and interact dynamically.

Content and methodology: the key to Inmersivä

Behind this concept is a team with expertise in technology, events and training. Their approach is based on a simple idea: an experience becomes memorable when technology enhances emotion—and content is key.

Each project is developed from scratch, following a proprietary methodology that combines storytelling, technical design and tailor-made production. “Every corporate event is treated as a unique piece, with custom software development when required, rather than reusing standard templates,” explains Alejandro Gonzalez, partner and creative director.

Inmersivä structures its activity into three business lines:

  1. Corporate events: product launches, presentations, 360° conferences and customized team building.
  1. Training: immersive learning experiences combining technology, simulation and storytelling.
  1. Entertainment: in-house experiences for the general public (Aurorä Project, Intergalactic Games).

The venue also offers experiences for private audiences.

Technological specialization

The decision to rely on Epson is strategic, based on specialization and efficiency:

“We have worked with Epson’s product range for years. Our strategy has been to specialize in a single brand, allowing greater control of the product and centralized communication for any issues,” Alejandro notes.

Autonomy is another key pillar, thanks to a proprietary content management system that removes dependency on external licenses. “This allows us to avoid third-party software and focus on our own development,” he adds.

Since opening, reactions are consistent: surprise upon entering, ease in translating brand messages, and natural interaction without instructions.

Perhaps that best defines Inmersivä: a place where technology disappears… just when it starts to work.

The venue runs several daily sessions. The immersive room can host up to 24 people for projected dining experiences, while the multipurpose area can accommodate larger audiences depending on the event.

Technology used:

  • Immersive room with 4-wall and floor projection system using Epson projectors (EB-815E and EB-L695SE) and internal blending system.
  • Interactive system based on LiDAR technology with proprietary software.
  • Proprietary content management and playback system.
  • Integrated LED lighting managed through the venue’s control system.
  • Immersive audio system with 13 speakers and a subwoofer.
