The Print Show & The Sign Show 2026 | 29 September – 1 October | Hall 1, Stand S130 | NEC Birmingham
Epson will showcase its latest professional printing innovations at The Print Show and The Sign Show 2026, taking place from 29 September to 1 October at the NEC Birmingham. Visitors to the Epson stand will discover new business opportunities across personalised products, garment decoration, promotional merchandise, soft signage and retail graphics through live demonstrations of the company’s newest UV, Direct-to-Film (DTF), dye-sublimation and signage solutions.
The stand will be headlined by three key technologies: the SureColor V4000 UV flatbed printer, the SureColor G9000 Direct-to-Film printer, and the SureColor F300 dye-sublimation printer, each designed to help print providers diversify services, improve productivity and address emerging market opportunities.
“The UK print and sign sectors continue to evolve rapidly, with customers seeking new ways to diversify revenues through personalisation, textile decoration and value-added applications,” said Chris Davies, Head of Product Marketing C&I at Epson Europe. “At The Print Show and The Sign Show 2026, we’ll demonstrate how Epson technology helps businesses enter new markets, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional quality across a wide range of applications.”
Expanding opportunities with UV printing
Taking centre stage will be the SureColor V4000, Epson’s compact A1+ UV flatbed printer, designed to make UV production accessible to a broader range of print providers. The printer enables high-quality output on a wide variety of rigid materials and products, supporting applications such as promotional merchandise, personalised gifts, photo products, packaging mock-ups and short-run signage.
Epson will also highlight the capabilities of the SureColor V7000 UV flatbed printer, demonstrating how businesses can expand into larger-format applications, including retail décor, exhibition graphics, point-of-sale materials, packaging prototypes and premium signage. Through printed samples and demonstrations, visitors will see how both platforms support customised and commercial production requirements.
Supporting growth in garment decoration
Epson’s latest industrial DTF solution, the SureColor G9000, will demonstrate the opportunities available in customised apparel and garment decoration. Designed to produce vibrant and durable transfers for a wide range of textile applications, the printer supports everything from fashion and sportswear to promotional clothing and workwear.
With demand for short-run and personalised production continuing to grow, Epson will show how DTF technology can help businesses deliver flexible, profitable services while maintaining consistent quality.
Accessible dye-sublimation production
For visitors interested in soft signage, customised merchandise and promotional products, Epson will showcase the SureColor F300, a compact A3 dye-sublimation printer designed as an accessible entry point into professional production. Applications include mugs, gifts, photo products, sports accessories and promotional items. Demonstrations throughout the show will highlight the versatility of dye-sublimation technology for personalisation and short-run manufacturing.
The widest range for signage
At The Print Show and The Sign Show Birmingham, Epson will also showcase one of its broadest signage portfolios. Visitors can explore the SureColor S8100, delivering excellent quality and productivity, alongside the SureColor S9100, which offers enhanced speed, colour performance and versatility for demanding signage applications. Together, these solutions demonstrate Epson’s commitment to reliable, high-impact signage production across a wide range of markets.
