BullsEye adopts Epson ITS printers

BullsEye is a boutique advertising and design agency with 14 employees, 7 of them are graphic designers. BullsEye started operations in 2002 and operates out of one of the most progressive free trade zones in Dubai. The agency is an independent communications specialist.

Background

The company was part of a user case study to test Epson’s L800 and L1800 printers . After using it for two months on a trial basis, they decided to adopt it for their printing requirements.

Printing needs

According to Jayesh V, Art Director, BullsEye, “We were quite excited to try out ITS printers. As presenting printouts of our creative work is a crucial part of our business pitches, we are always on the look-out for printers that can provide the best clarity output. Good quality printouts are essential to create a good impression. When we were given the opportunity to try out ITS printers, I wanted to try it out to see if it can offer better quality print outs at low cost.”

Printing usage

As a boutique agency, BullsEye’s printing requirements are around 500 copies a month and most of the printouts are done in colour.

Printing concerns

“What we usually look for in a printer are colour and clarity of printing, reliability of the printer and ease of maintenance,” Jayesh added.

Experience with ITS

“What impressed me the most was the quality of the colour and clarity of printing. Since we are into design, these factors create a positive impact on our business. Also, we have been able to print a lot more without refilling the ink, this has definitely helped us to reduce costs. I also have to add that the speed of printing is also high compared to other printers we have used before.”

Jayesh gives top marks to ITS for colour and clarity of printing, affordability, reliability of the printer and Ink quality.

He also found the L800 to provide ultra-low cost per photo.
