Epson refreshes its range of award winning EcoTank printers for the home and small office

Epson has refreshed its core range of cartridge free EcoTank printers for modern busy households and small offices. With single and multi-function A4 printers included in the new line up, customers can enjoy hassle-free, mobile printing and an ultra-low cost per page.

Epson’s award winning EcoTanks, which have now sold over 60 million worldwide since their launch in 2010 ¹, allow customers to save up to 90% on printing costs ². They come with high yield ink bottles and the integrated ink tanks are easy to fill thanks to the specially engineered ink bottles. With no cartridges to replace, and flexible connectivity features, there is a printer to suit anyone looking for high-quality prints at an incredibly low cost per page.

Featuring compact designs with full Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct connectivity, the printers can easily integrate into any existing home or small office. Fully compatible with Epson’s Smart Panel App, they can be controlled from a smart device. This app makes it easy to set up these new EcoTank printers, monitor, print, scan and much more all from a phone or tablet.

Say goodbye to cartridges

The EcoTank’s ultra-high capacity ink tanks allow mess-free refills and the key-lock bottles are designed so only the correct colour can be inserted. The front ink tank means it's easy to see when it’s finally due for a refill.

These economical printers come with up to 3 years' worth of ink included in the box ³. With the EcoTank ET-1810, one set of ink bottles delivers up to 4,500 pages in black and white and 7,500 in colour ⁴, while the EcoTank ET-4850, prints up to 7,500 pages in black and 6,000 pages in colour - that’s the equivalent of up to 72 cartridges worth of ink all from one set of ink bottles ².

All Epson’s new EcoTank printers feature its Micro Piezo Heat-Free Technology so you can enjoy reduced energy consumption with less need for replacement parts. The printhead also comes pre-installed so setting up your printer is hassle-free. Two of the new models (EcoTank ET-3850 and ET-4850) also feature Epson’s PrecisionCore printhead technology. These high-resolution Epson print chips are one of the fastest inkjet printing technologies in the world.
