mPOS heroes promote consumer confidence at Retail Expo

Global leader in label and receipt printers, Epson, is delighted to be collaborating with a number of key industry partners at Retail Expo, April 26 to 27, Olympia, London.

Epson’s reliable, flexible, and cost effective mPOS technology will be highlighted by exhibiting market leaders keen to demonstrate how the evolving technology is enhancing consumer confidence in a reinvigorated post pandemic environment.

They will showcase how close working long-standing partnerships built on trust, knowledge and expertise help operations adapt in challenging times.

Among them is Square, which helps sellers of all sizes run their business, manage inventory, run a busy kitchen, book appointments, engage loyal buyers and manage staff. It enables payments to be taken and provides support via software and integrated, omnichannel solutions. Alongside its own developed portfolio it will be presenting Epson’s TM-m30II and TM-m30II-SL printers on stand 6B60. Stewart McIntosh, Marketing at Square, comments: “We provide an ecosystem of services and solutions that are easy for customers to use. We deliver technology that just works seamlessly together and we'll be showcasing our latest hardware and software on the stand and demonstrating how the services we offer work together as one set of connective tools. This means business owners don’t have multiple contracts and multiple fees. It's about making it easier for business owners so they can focus on what they do best.”

KFP will be on stand 6C38 highlighting how its 25 years of experience providing specialist IT services and solutions for the retail industry is continuing to support the biggest household brand names on the high street in retail and hospitality sectors. It has chosen Epson’s TM-m30II-SL plus with advanced connectivity options and the TM-L100 linerless printer with Bluetooth printing technologies across an array of media. Steve Chambers, Head of Sales & Marketing, comments: “As a POS and Gold partner with Epson, we are delighted to be showcasing some of the latest technology with superb use cases for both the retail and hospitality sectors at this flagship retail event.”

imageHOLDERS, a solution focused product and industrial design company, will be on stand 6E40 with its range of sleek, secure and highly adaptive Loxo enclosures. They seamlessly integrate with its kiosk solutions and multiple additional devices, including Epson products. Pete Thompson, imageHOLDERS Account Director, comments: “Our purpose is to develop engaging and intuitive user-centric products that simplify technology, making it accessible to all. Thus, enhancing businesses and, in-turn, the lives of employees and consumers alike. We supply Epson systems because they are widely requested by our clients and the compact design ensures easy integration with the cash drawers on our kiosk designs. It is always important to showcase our assisted- and self-service solutions at Retail Technology Show because we know how transformative our POS, digital signage and visitor management solutions can be for businesses. It is also important to connect with other software and hardware partners, such as Epson, to ensure that we maintain the high functionality and quality of our complete solutions.”

Elo Displays is featuring a TM-m30II printer mounted on its Wallaby 6C89 stand.  Julian Ridge, Regional Sales Manager UK at Elo states: “The use of self-service applications both in food and non-food retail is booming, and Epson’s M30II-SL printer combined with our I-Series touchscreen on the Wallaby stand, provides retailers with a space-saving and easily installed solution. At Elo, we focus on quality, reliability, and innovation, and find Epson a perfect match!”

Dayle Guy, Business Solutions Business Development Manager, Epson UK, says: “Happy people serving happy customers is key to reviving the High Street. Our partners are heroes because they are helping improve the customer experience by supporting consumer confidence with systems and solutions that effectively and safely support retail consumption. Among the solutions helping them deliver this great service is the TM-m30II mPOS device that supports shops, boutique outlets, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, delis, and food trucks and our new TM-L100 that helps food take-away, click-and-collect and delivery providers operate more efficiently and save time with the added benefit of using eco-friendly plastic-free labels.
