Epson appoints Florence Myon as new European Service Director
Epson Europe has appointed Florence Myon as European Service Director. Her appointment comes as the organisation looks to advance service solutions and shift function to support extended product life and servicing.
Florence joins Epson from HP Enterprise where she held global roles spanning a number of years in finance and service development and delivery, supporting warranty package creation and role out.
Within Epson Myon will be responsible for customer support and interaction as well as service solutions development and delivery. The appointment will see Epson standardising solutions across markets as well as developing new European delivery platforms.
Commenting on the role, Myon says: “As Epson moves to further develop its sustainability credentials, extending product life cycles through increased warranty and service support will be critical. These services will encourage re-use and product longevity, reducing end-of -life management demands and maximising resources.
“I’m very much looking forward to working with the existing teams to further develop the solutions already available as well as working to develop new ones.”
