ColorWorks C3500 is used to print labels for Sticky and Coral paints

In recent years, the paint market has experienced steady growth thanks to the requirements of renovation and new-build residential projects. As a result, last year, the paint market in Romania grew by 5% compared to 2014 and that trend is estimated to continue in 2016.

Companies that make paints are now looking to develop and implement new business strategies to make the most of this trend. Sarcom SRL is among the top six producers of paints in Romania, and owns the Coral and Sticky paint brands. It has a turnover of eight million and a market share of 7% with the two brands.

Sarcom SRL uses materials of the highest quality in its paints. To match that quality in packaging the final products, company representatives have chosen to use Epson's ColorWorks C3500 printer for paint labels.

"We use Epson ColorWorks C3500 for short-run labels, but also to cover old wording that has been modified by new legislation. Epson's professional printer range is very good, and we're very happy with the results. ColorWorks C3500 is one of the few products that provided a solution tfor producing small print runs of labels," says Florin Stanescu, director of the supply department for SC Sarcom SRL.

The Epson ColorWorks C3500 is used daily by supply department employees. The label printer offers great quality results, even for large print volumes and a high print speed of up to 103 mm/s. Another important feature is that the printer prints with DURABrite ink, which is highly resistant to stains, water and fading.

Epson ColorWorks C3500 is the ideal solution for companies that want to save time and money by printing their own labels.
