Colour My Dreams

1. The giveaway (“the Promotion”) is organized by Epson South Africa, (the “Promoter”), located at 178 Montecasino Blvd, Magaliessig 2191 Sandton, South Africa, a branch of Epson Europe BV (reg No. 33215466), located at Atlas ArenA, Azië Building, Hoogoorddreef 5, 1101B Amsterdam, the Netherlands
2. The Promotion is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, (“Participant/s”), except any minor and any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoter and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent, service provider or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the Promoter, its advertising agencies, advisers, dealers and suppliers identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to Epson South Africa its affiliates and/or associated companies. Entries via agents or third parties will be invalid.
3. By entering the Promotion, all participants and the winner agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which will be interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel the Promotion and any giveaway or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

The Promotion

4. The Promotion runs from 27th July 2022 to 3rd September 2022.
5. There will be a total of 1 (one) winners
6. There will be 1 (one) Epson EcoTank (L8160) printer to be given away (“The Prize”). The Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes in whole or part of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Prize will be delivered by courier at no cost to the winner.
8. The winner of the Prize will be announced on Epson South Africa’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Pages (@epsonsouthafrica) on _______ 2022.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter however internet access and a valid social media account for Instagram is required

Entry Requirements

10. To enter the Promotion, Participants must complete the below entry requirements:
    1. Participants must follow the Epson South Africa Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn
    2. Participants will be asked to comment their dream in competition posts.
11. Participants need to comply with all entry requirements in order to be eligible for the competition. Incomplete entries will not be considered in the competition. Each Participant confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their name and/or Instagram handle on other Epson social media channels and platforms.

The Draw and the Prize

12. Participants may follow the Epson South Africa Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn page once. To qualify for additional entries, participants  may comment once on as many qualifying posts as they wish.
13. Epson South Africa’s Social Media agency Woyamba , located at 55 Crawford Drive, Douglasdale, Sandton, (“Agent”) will keep track of all the entries being uploaded and pick one individual as the winner of the giveaway. The method used to select a winner and the appointment of the winner, will be by  way of a panel and shall remain within the sole discretion of Epson and or its Agent.
14. Once the Winner has been announced, they will need to respond to us on the Epson South  Africa’s Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn pages within 7 (seven) working days to be able to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these Terms.
15. The Winner must send a scanned, certified copy of their ID document or card and proof of residence via email to epson@woyamba.com. In the event that the winning candidate is not eligible to be awarded the Prize, Woyamba will select an alternate winner.
16. The Prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with any other item of comparable commercial value.

General

17. No liability shall be attached to the Promoter in relation to any claims, losses or liabilities for any loss of profit or any other direct and/or indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of the Prize.
18. All Participants and the winner, as the case may be, indemnify the Promoter, their Agent, advisors, nominated agents and suppliers of Epson South Africa, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Promotion (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoter and/or use of the Prize).
19. The Promoter or its Agent may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement and indemnification or any other document to enable the Promoter to ensure compliance with the applicable law. Should any Winner refuse or be unable to comply with this rule for any reason, such a Winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to the Promoter.
20. The Agent will on behalf of the Promotor, use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the promotion, unless otherwise stated. The Agent may provide the Promotor with the personal information of the entrants for purposes of delivering the Prize to the winner. The Agent shall retain all personal information for a period determined by the applicable law.
21. By participating in this promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Agent and Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion, including sharing their name and/or Instagram handle with other entrants if they win a prize, and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
22. The Agent or Promoter may require consent for the Winner to be identified, photographed and published on digital media platforms after having received their Prize. The Promoter or the Agent on behalf of the Promotor,  may use the uploaded images and content in whole or in part, and any reproductions thereof, worldwide for advertising, promotion, publicity or otherwise on any website for any media purpose and for any other lawful purpose whatsoever. The Winner will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoter’s marketing material in so far as it relates to the Prize.
23. By entering the Promotion, the Participants agree that Epson Europe B.V. and its affiliates (including the Promoter, subsidiaries, and joint ventures) may contact the Participants via email and through social media platforms to deliver marketing communications regarding their products and promotional activities, provided that the Participants are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communication at any time via the appropriate opt-out mechanisms provided by the Promoter for such purpose.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You acknowledge that any and all information that you submit to enter this promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram and you agree that Facebook and Instagram shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this promotion. You agree to a complete liability release for Facebook and Instagram.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which this promotion is run and come under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
