Epson introduces two compact industrial label makers for time-conscious, high print volume users

24 September 2019 - Epson has announced two all-in-one LabelWorks industrial label makers for users who value portability and time-saving functionality. The LabelWorks LW-Z5010BE (with integrated keyboard, display, and Li-ion battery) and the LabelWorks LW-Z5000BE (for PC and smart device use), have been developed for those working in datacom, factories, construction, warehouses, and high-end electrical maintenance.

Both label makers boast a wide range of potential uses, that includes labelling for: patch panelling, cable identification, face plates, distribution boxes, safety signs, and product identification. They allow users to be as productive as possible and keep working, whether on-the-move or at a desktop. This is achieved through having a quick start-up, new software and applications for effective editing, fast print speeds (up to 50mm/sec), accommodating both LK Tape Cartridges (from 4mm to 50mm widths), as well as big media rolls (from 9mm to 50mm widths), and many label material types. There’s also an automatic rewinder available, for both models, that saves the user time that may be lost through having to manually rewind the printed labels roll.
