Epson expands its virtual Industrial Solutions Centre for European customers and partners

Europe, xx March 2021 – Following the successful launch of Epson’s European Industrial Solutions Centre (EISC+) for Robotics and Industrial solutions in December, the facility has now expanded its offering to include label products.

This means that Epson customers across Europe can now have access to multi-lingual Epson technical experts that can develop, test and demonstrate combined solutions for robots and label printers such as the recently introduced ColorWorks C6000 series.

Located in Ratingen, Germany, the EISC+ offers a hybrid service to enable the hosting of personal meetings with partners, an exhibition style booth, TV studio or showroom either in person or virtually.

Epson partners can find out more about the possibilities for full colour label automation with ColorWorks demonstrations of various solutions such as print and apply, label finishing and roll to roll, label and semi-automatic label applicators.

Jacob Kallergis, Product Manager Business Systems at Epson Europe said, “Like our colleagues from Robotics Solutions, we rely heavily on close communication with our partners and customers in order to deliver the best solutions. With the EISC+ we can offer the best facility possible to demonstrate our products while being able to listen, advise and gain feedback. The EISC+ is the next best thing to the fairs and exhibitions that we have all missed in the past 12 months. I’m proud that we have been able to get this facility up and running and get back to business as usual.”
