One of the best TCOs in their class

1 January 2013 – Epson is helping small office and home office workers cut their printing costs with two new multi-function monochrome LED printers. Offering one of the best Total Cost of Ownerships (TCOs) in their class, the Epson WorkForce AL-MX200DNF and WorkForce AL-MX200DWF feature double-sided printing, fast 30ppm print speeds[1] and high 30,000-page duty cycle.

Both models offer print, scan, copy and fax capabilities, with the AL-MX200DWF also offering wireless connectivity. Network-ready for sharing across small workgroups, these models can also be used on individual user desktops thanks to their compact size and retractable paper tray.

The WorkForce AL-MX200DNF and WorkForce AL-MX200DWF each have a new easy-to-replace monochrome toner cartridge. Thanks to a user-friendly design, users simply insert the cartridge into the toner slot and twist to connect, allowing businesses to concentrate on their work rather than maintenance.

Peter Silcock, product manager, Epson UK, says: “Not only do the Epson WorkForce AL-MX200DNF and AL-MX200DWF offer a very low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for businesses, these models also make sharing scanned documents easy. Files canbe scanned straight to USB memory sticks or sent directly to email accounts.”

Elise adds: “These models are also Epson iPrint compatible. Users can install this app to print, scan and share wirelessly from smartphones and tablet PCs[2] anywhere in the office: perfect for printing last-minute documents quickly before meetings or printing off reports without having to switch on their computer. This WorkForce AL-MX200 series really makes great performance affordable for peace of mind and productivity.”

The WorkForce AL-M200DNF and WorkForce AL-M200DWF are available from February 2013, priced from £320 and £560 respectively.
