Epson appoints Midwich as new distributor in UK for its DiscProducer range of disc duplicators

Epson has appointed Midwich, one of the UK’s leading trade-only distributors of technology solutions to sell its DiscProducer (disc publisher) in the UK.  The company, based in Diss, Norfolk, currently distributes Epson’s range of home cinema projectors.

Epson’s DiscProducer range of products are compact integrated desktop disc duplication solutions designed for businesses and organisations that need to create professional quality customised CDs or DVDs on demand.

Suitable for design and photo agencies, hospitals, schools, universities, government departments, reprographic houses, duplicator services and any other business with duplicating or archiving needs, the Discproducer can burn and print up to 100 copies of the same disc or unique discs, in a single, fully automated process.

Andrew Coxall, distribution account manager for Business Systems at Epson UK commented: “We have partnered with Midwich as they are well established in the traditional vertical markets for this product but also have the right mix of product knowledge to develop new sectors for the DiscProducer.  Their wide experience and committed teams will ensure our customersreceive the best possible levels of service”

Luke Neave, product manager at Midwich says, “Being able to produce multiple copies of portable data discs is a necessity in a wide range of markets and we are delighted to work with Epson, one of our established business partners, to address this need. Together we feel there is a great opportunity to meet customers’ demands and generate incremental business as a joint partnership.”
