EcoTank Influencer Promotion

1These terms and conditions apply to the following promotions (“EcoTank influencer promo”): 
i. Voucher: where a voucher code is provided to the purchaser in respect of a discount, which can be used upon checkout. 
ii. Discount on first purchase: where a specific percentage discount is offered on the listed product, upon checkout. 
iii. Discount on second purchase: where a specific percentage discount is offered on the second product upon checkout, where two products are purchased at the same time.

iv. This promotion will end on at 12:00CET 20th April 2025. Any discount codes will not be valid after this date.

3. 2 ​The promotional benefit is applied to the purchase price either automatically upon checkout or upon the purchaser entering the voucher code upon checkout.

4. 3 The Promotions only apply to products intended for use and not resale, as advertised in the Promotion. 

4. 4 The Promotions only apply to purchases done on the online Epson Store from which it is promoted. The purchaser will not be able to apply the Promotion to Epson stores located in another country. 

5. 5 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. 

6. 6 Any discount applied will be on the initial purchase price as advertised with the Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, any discounted price shown includes the promotional offer as applied. 

7. 7 The Promotion applies to a maximum of three units of any EcoTank printer. The Promotion will not apply to any product purchases that exceed the three-unit limitation. 

8. 8 All Promotions are subject to availability and are while stocks last. Epson reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the terms herein where necessary. 

9. 9 Promotions cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, redeemed, or returned for cash or credit. 

10. 10 Purchaser is required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the use of the Promotion, if any. 

11. 11 Any returns accepted by Epson shall be compensated at the Promotional price and Epson reserves the right to recover any  Promotional benefit by the purchaser receive upon purchase. 

12. 12 Epson reserves the right to exclude participants or decline any Promotion if it suspects any fraud or abuse of the Promotion. 

13. 13 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and come under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom 

14. 14 Purchaser accesses all links and related platforms at their own risk, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Epson does not warrant that the platforms will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free and shall not be responsible for losses thereof. See Terms of Use 

15. 15 Epson may update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, to comply with law or reflect changes in our business practices and procedures. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Epson Store and will not affect orders already processed under Promotion.
