Kingsbury High School is one of the largest high schools in London and wanted to replace its old projectors, as they were no longer cost-efficient or reliable and introduce interactive learning. Read our mini case study to find out how Epson helped Kingsbury High School achieve their aim.

The School

Kingsbury High School in Greater London, is one of the largest high schools in London. It is specialist mathematics and computing college with a national reputation. It is also known for computing excellence, with the first ever computer-based Open Learning Centre in London being built at its Princes Avenue site. The school promotes strong links with the community in north-west London. It currently has around 2,000 students between the ages of 11 and 18.

The Challenge
  • Kingsbury High School wanted to replace its old projectors, as they were no longer cost-efficient or reliable
  • It wanted to introduce interactive learning, without investing in interactive whiteboards
  • It required flexible and easy-to-use projectors, which could be centrally managed across its two sites
The Solution
  • The school installed 96 x EB-1410Wi interactive projector and meeting room systems in every single classroom across its two sites

  • The projectors are used for interactive learning and presentations in most lessons on a daily basis, by teachers and students

  • The PC-free capabilities removes the need to connect other devices

  • The projectors have introduced business standard technology into the classroom

Customer Quote

"With Epson’s EB-1410Wi we are bringing business standard technology into our classrooms. Teachers and pupils can display content from USBs, PCs, tablets or scans, use the interactive pens to annotate or enhance presentations, or make a flipchart for example, and then simply print, save or email the content. The projectors are easy to use and flexible. They are widely used, every day, in every classroom."
