Epson shows the power of dye-sub and direct-to-fabric printing at FESPA 2015
At FESPA, Epson celebrates the considerable flexibility of its complete line-up of SureColor SC-F dye sublimation and direct-to-fabric printers and unveils its latest textile printing developments.
Dye-sublimation is very versatile because no other technology offers so many paths to new business opportunities, new revenues and higher margins. Epson designs, manufactures and harmonises every component of its printers - ink, printheads and chassis - to ensure maximum quality, reliability and uptime combined with low Total Cost of Ownership.
At FESPA, Epson’s focus is on showing companies how they can diversify their business and maximise profit by enabling them to produce superb quality and customised products. Visitors can see how, by using Epson inkjet printers, they can produce the broadest range of dye-sub and textile products including: soft signage, T-shirts, apparel, 3D giftware, promotional products, curtains, cushions, lampshades and furniture.
Throughout the show, live demos will showcase:
- Cushion cover, tote bag and T-Shirt printing with the SureColor SC-F2000 direct-to-fabric printer and featuring new small platen option
- Complete apparel design-print-finish production with the SureColor SC-F7100 dye-sub printer in association with the Deutsches Mode Institut, ErgoSoft, Assyst and ColorDigital

"FESPA attracts a broad spectrum of visitors who are not only interested in the latest print technologies, but also looking for inspiration. That’s why we have chosen the event to showcase the entire range of our versatile SureColor inkjet printers creating a variety of stunning products – and reveal some new developments," says Duncan Ferguson, Director, Professional Graphics, Epson Europe. "Ultimately our aim is to inspire new ideas, drive creativity, boost productivity and enable new business models."
