Epson, the world leader in the projector market since 20011, is showcasing it’s new best-in-class pre- and post-sale service and support programme for installation projectors at ISE 2015. The show also features the first European showing of Epson’s new Full HD laser projector with 4K enhancement technology.
CoverPlus365 support service
This new service for installation projectors demonstrates Epson’s commitment to providing best-in-class service and outstanding local support. CoverPlus365 gives installation customers direct access to trained experts to provide guidance and support, as well as providing customers with replacement products to store onsite for added peace of mind.
The Epson stand at ISE 2015 will feature a CoverPlus365 service desk, where knowledgeable product experts can offer advice and guidance about the new service. Visitors can find out about how Epson provides training to ensure customers have the necessary skills to identify and resolve faults quickly, should they arise.
With an extensive service centre network of over 370 projector service points across 63 countries, Epson can provide a wide-reaching range of support services.
Daniel Rose, product manager, Epson Europe, says: “ISE provides Epson with the ideal venue for the launch of our new best-in-class support programme. This new service helps cement our position as the world leader in the projector market and enhance our growing reputation in the pro-AV market.”
New laser projector (EH-LS10000)
ISE 2015 marks the first European showing of Epson’s new EH-LS10000 laser projector, featuring 4K enhancement technology. Home cinema enthusiasts can now enjoy the ultimate in picture quality with this 1080p Full HD laser projector with 3LCD Reflective technology.
The EH-LS10000 is Epson’s first projector to feature 4K enhancement technology, and it utilises a dual laser light source to deliver an ultra-high native contrast ratio of 70,000:1, absolute blacks and our widest colour gamut.
Updated EB-G6000 series
Epson will also be exhibiting an update to its EB-G6000 range of superior-quality corporate and higher education installation projectors. Ideal for use in office meeting rooms, lecture theatres or large classrooms, the new range features improved connectivity and an enhanced standard lens to help better address the needs of the market.
Z-Series and installation mapping
ISE 2015 will feature a demonstration of a large portrait projection using the latest Z-series projectors. Visitors will be able to see the benefit of good CLO in producing a large, clear image without the need for extremely high brightness. Three Z-series models will also be used to projection map a 3D model of a Z-series projector to help show its inner workings and overall build quality.
3LCD vs DLP
Visitors will also be able to clearly see the differences between 3LCD and DLP technology. An EB-1985WU projector will be pitted against a comparative DLP projector to highlight the differences in brightness, colour accuracy and the volume of colour that can be achieved with 3LCD technology.
Interactive meeting room solutions
The Epson stand is also the place that visitors can learn how to create a whole solution for their business. Our EB-1430Wi interactive meeting room solution, with its whiteboard functionality, will be on show to demonstrate how businesses can totally transform meeting rooms to help create a collaborative and interactive space for customers.
Epson will be exhibiting at ISE 2015, Hall 1 Stand H75, 10-12 February 2015.
The new EB-G6000 series (EB-G6970WU, EB-G6870, EB-G6770WU, EB-G6570WU, EB-G6370, EB-G6270W, EB-G6070W) are available from April 2015.
