Epson Wins Prestigious Award from EISA

- AMSTERDAM, Netherlands, August 15, 2011 -

Global digital imaging specialist, Epson® has asserted its position as an industry leader by winning the 'European Printer 2011-2012' award for its Epson Stylus Photo R3000 from the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA).

The EISA panel were impressed with the accessibility of the printer as well as the high-quality, low-cost prints, commenting: "This is an ideal printer for both professional photographers and advanced amateurs."

Marc Boehmer, product manager at Epson Europe, says "The Epson Stylus Photo R3000 was launched after listening to customers' feedback, and incorporated features such as high capacity ink cartridges and improved fine art paper feed as requested. This award is testimony to our success and expertise in producing high-quality professional products. "

The Epson Stylus Photo R3000 is an A3+ photo printer that makes professional-quality output accessible, with its convenient high-capacity inks, perfect for medium print runs. A front-loading fine art paper feed makes insertion easier, reducing the likelihood of miss-feeding and reducing the need for space behind the printer. Viewing media feeding instructions and checking ink levels is simple with the 2.5-inch colour LCD. The high-capacity, 25.9ml ink cartridges allow medium print runs to be completed while optimising cost per page.
