Save up to 95% on energy, 99% on waste, and print up to 84,000 pages with Epson’s new WF-C869RDTWF
With Epson’s new WorkForce Pro WF-C869RDTWF, businesses can save up to 95% on energy1, 99% on waste1, and cut their downtime by printing up to 84,000 pages2 - without changing supplies. Time-pressured businesses fed up with managing supplies and stop-start printing can cut intervention downtime up to 94 percent1 with the WF-C869RDTWF. It’s all thanks to Epson's super-high-yield Replaceable Ink Pack System (RIPS), that means replacement inks are few and far between.
This A3 colour multifunction printer (MFP) has been designed to help businesses be more productive. It’s quick with a First Page Out Time (FPOT) that is three times faster than competitive products1, as it doesn’t need to warm up. Its smartphone-inspired touchscreen and user interface is also intuitive to operate from the start. And as it’s meant to be used as a workgroup printer, it can help minimise the distance users walk to collect print jobs.
This system has impressive environmental benefits, which can help businesses meet their CSR expectations. Compared to competitive colour lasers, this inkjet MFP uses up to 95 percent less power1 thanks to its no-heat technology. It’s able to offer these impressive reductions as it uses PrecisionCore; Epson's most advanced printhead designed for business. This printhead does much more than save energy; it’s renowned for its speed, quality, reliability and efficiency, delivering the quality that businesses need. It also beats lasers and copiers with a 99 percent reduction in waste1, with a significant reduction in packaging and logistics. It can also print on a wide range of media including recycled paper, glossy media, envelopes and labels.
The WF-C869RDTWF is built for business and offers software and tools that meet the needs of different users, from managing directors and administrators, to IT departments. Privacy is increasingly an issue for many businesses and so Email Print for Enterprise can provide a solution with a range of secure print options. IT departments will welcome Epson Device Admin as it gives them the ability to configure and manage devices remotely, making more effective use of their time. Document Capture Pro is another great free software option, giving users a range of efficient scanning tools. Additionally, NFC and WiFi-DirectTM support printing from mobile devices, giving users the flexibility to print away from their desk. Epson Open Platform and our work with ISVs add extra solutions, such as PaperCut print management software.
Robert Robinson, product manager, Epson Europe, says: “At Epson, we appreciate the wide range of issues that face businesses whether it’s increasing productivity, meeting environmental targets, or simply trying to run a business effectively. We’ve designed the WF-C869RDTWF to help businesses tackle these challenges head on, by saving up to 95% on energy1, 99% on waste1, and minimising downtime - with the ability to print up to 84,000 pages2 without changing supplies.”
